relevant experience. Shall be responsible for Manpower Planning, Recruitment &
Selection, Induction, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Proficiency in
Retention Tools, Co-ordination & Execution of Training and Personnel Management.
Manager (Contracts)
Candidate should have a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 8-10 years
of experience in project execution, contract management, planning, Scheduling and cost
control for large residential projects.
A.G.M. / Sr. Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)
Postgraduate / MBA around 35 years of age with 10-12 years in-depth experience in real
estate required. He/She should have good knowledge about the market of Pune and
should be well verse with all the functions of Sales & Marketing. He/She will be solely
responsible for sales of all the projects in Pune.
Sales Manager
Candidate with 7 to 8 years of Sales experience in real estate required. He/She should be
commerce graduate / post graduate, age around 30 years. He/She will be responsible for
handling a site independently.
Sales Executive
Young graduates / post graduates with 4 to 5 years of real estate sales experience. Good
communication skills.
Quantity Surveyor
Candidate should be B. E. Civil / Dip. Holder having working experience of similar job
for 5 to 7 years in construction of Residential / Commercial Project.
Billing Engineer
Candidate should be B. E. Civil / Dip. Holder having working experience of similar job
for 5 to 7 years in construction of Residential / Commercial Project.
Store Keeper
Candidate should be graduate with 2-3 years working experience of similar job
in construction of Residential / Commercial Project.
Purchase Officer
The applicant should be a Graduate / D.M.M. with 3 to 5 years’ experience with a
reputed construction Company.

Young Commerce graduate with 4 to 5 years relevant experience required.
