Being recently appointed as the Associate Director of the company. Mr. Saurabh Runwal has since been actively involved across residential and retail projects of the Group, looking after Sales, Marketing, and Project Delivery. An astute learner, Saurabh was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company focusing on projects in Construction, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. His immaculate skills led him to be the fastest promoted employee in the company’s history.

After graduating as a CP Davis Engineering Scholar from Columbia University, Saurabh worked as an intern analyst at JLL, Barclays Investment Bank, and Strategy& - part of the PwC network. Ranked amongst top 5 nationally in an examination held recently by the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting.

Being the third successor in this family business, he brings a fresher perspective to the brand, helping it further progress along its path. Saurabh enjoys reading, stand-up comedy, and music, investing in start-ups focusing on sustainability, mobility and PropTech, writing insights and articles on the real estate sector, playing outdoor sports such as skiing, golf, scuba diving.
